The opportunity had great challenges and even greater rewards. The Joule hotel, formerly the Dallas National Bank, had to preserve the building history and transform into something uniquely attractive. The hotel set the pace for Downtown Dallas. Since its renovation completion in 2014, activity close by has been popping up, including the relocation of beloved Dallas store, Forty Five Ten and the opening of its famously delicious restaurant, The T Room, which is now called Mirador. Tim Headington’s big ideas have so far transformed Main Street. The best part is.. The oilman is just getting started.
